JD did an incredible job for me. I was an out of state investor, which made traveling to the property and checking up on the status of the renovation or meeting with contractors very difficult. Every time I asked JD to meet with someone at the property or check up on something for me, he would jump on it and was extremely responsive. He did a great job around the negotiation, finding a suitable buyer, hanging in there throughout the renovation and providing great customer service.
